How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped every Friday via Australia Post.
Orders placed before Friday will usually be included in that week’s shipment. Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive tracking information where available.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia.
International shipping isn’t available just yet, but we hope to offer it in the future.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be happy with your piece. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re welcome to arrange an exchange.

Please contact the studio to discuss your order, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

If your package arrives damaged:
Please carefully take photos of the package, packaging and damaged item before throwing anything away. Keep all packaging and contact the studio as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue with Australia Post.
